Bhadreshwar Vidyut Private Limited is under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process as per the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Its affairs, business and assets are being managed by the Resolution Professional, Mr. Hitesh Goel, appointed by the Chennai bench of Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal vide order dated 18 October 2022 under the provisions of the Code.
